Unless something has changed and I can go look as far as I knew the ASCA had no intention of changing the standard. As far as I knew one of the mini Aussie clubs had broken off and applied to the AKC for breed recognition which came back with stipulations the AKC and ASCA agreed on – the name had to be changed(North American Shepherd) and before FFS status would begin they were going to have to close the stud book off at some point.

Personally i think the above should still be going on rather than just buckling to pressure to accept these smaller version into the standard. What next the toy/teacup aussies?

If it is really worrying you go to the doctor for a scan to check that there really isn't any muscle missing or torn off(common and mostly goes unnoticed)
once you have done that and every thing is all right, check in the mirror or get someone to watch you closely when you do the same exercises on both sides, you may be using the muscle in different ways without realising it (it also helps to try your exercises slowly and with your eyes closed and concentrate on any feeling of difference between your pecs)
And you might just be built that way…. people aren't often made symmetrical

You are correct that it looks close to UV. It is. The plastic is reflecting UV that is in sunlight and causing it to be visible. It is due to its fluorescent property. You can see a similar effect i you pour laundry detergent in the sunlight. The detergent as fluorescent dyes in it to make your clothes look whiter because they reflect UV.

I've seen mostly good answers from top contributors, but enough bad to make me wonder. Most of my sources when I post in the fish section are from quite a bit of involvement long term in the aquatics community, not just on line, but with various clubs, shops distributors, a real big list. That is why I put what I do in the know your source box. Much of what I post here is in my head, once in a while I will link to an article to keep me from keying in info all night with my two fat fingers.

The dog section is another story. I keep dogs, and train them myself, I don't get involved in clubs, revise & take charge of breeding programs, solve serious problems, or anything like that. My knowledge about dogs is quite sparse compared to fish, this explains why I put what I do in the source box there.

I figure the source box lets you know a little about where the answer is coming from, and helps you make a better informed choice as to what to do with the topic at hand. I've seen one other person do this in the fish section, it gives a little more in depth knowledge about where the person is coming from with their answer, in a less "play the game, win the prize" like setting. I'm surprised more folks, especially top contributors, don't do the same.

The IRS does not consider wages taxable until they are constructively received. You would consider the income taxable in the year you received the funds (i.e. the check date). Go to the District Administrator, the Superintendent, and the school board and if they won't help then I would go to the police and make that very clear in your correspondance with the school. Your child is not making it up children can't do that. Keep fighting you are your child's best advocate. Good luck to you and I hope you get the results you deserve. Your child should not be afraid to go to school and you should not be the one pulling him out. You are being wronged by the school system and contacting the state would probably be a good idea. Just make sure you have all the documents you have submitted or a record of phone calls and times you talked to counseler.
